Swords of Gargantua Gets Update Roadmap

Developer Yomuneco announced its 2020 update plans for VR roguelite RPG Swords of Gargantua. During spring, the developer plans to release the ability for players to adjust game parameters through the Mod.io platform, a lounge area for up to ten players to socialise, and the PlayStation VR version of the Tesseract Abyss free DLC. Summer will include the beta test for the game’s PvP, as well as the addition of modding abilities for weapon and character models. Finally, fall will see the largest singular update with the OOParts Labyrinth. The labyrinth will let up to four players explore as they try to find hidden relics that give them the power to fight the labyrinth’s new boss. This update will also include new ranged attacks such as bows and magic.

Swords of Gargantua sees players teaming up with up to three others in cooperative battles against the forces of a race of giants called the Gargantua. The game also features over fifty single-player missions and was originally released for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest, and Windows Mixed Reality headsets in 2019. The PlayStation VR version will release towards the end of spring 2020 and be available digitally for $29.99.
