Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town Coming to Switch
Marvelous has announced its newest title in the Bokujō Monogatari/Story of Seasons farming sim series. The game is a remake of the Game Boy Advance titles released in North America as Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. The remake will be released in Japan for Nintendo Switch on October 17, 2019, with Marvelous subsidiary XSEED Games confirming that it will releasing the game in North America as Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town on a date to be announced later.
Friends of Mineral Town features the series’ traditional premise of creating a successful farm by raising livestock and growing crops. The original title put players in the role of a male farmer, while More Friends of Mineral Town put them in charge of a female farmer. Players will be able to choose either protagonist in the remake.
