Tributes to Michael A. Cunningham

Following the sad passing of our longtime Editor-in-Chief Michael A. Cunningham’s over the weekend, RPGamer will be celebrating his life with our fond memories of his time in the gaming community. As part of this celebration, we wish to invite all of those who had the pleasure of interacting with Michael to provide any memories and tributes they have, which will be collected and posted together.

To contribute a write-up please e-mail it to severinmira@rpgamer.com, these can be as short or as long as you are comfortable with. Again, this is an open invite to everyone who knew Michael in whatever capacity to contribute their fond memories of him and help celebrate his legacy.

All of us at RPGamer wish to thank everyone who has offered their support over the past few days and again extend our deepest condolences to Michael’s family. The sheer number of messages in tribute already speaks volumes to Michael’s positivity and the support he happily gave across the community. As we’ve been getting some questions regarding this, Michael’s family asks that no flowers be sent to his home or the service for celebrating his life. Instead, please consider a donation to St. Jude’s or your local SPCA in his name.
