My first video game played was Video Pinball for the Atari 2600 and then it just went from there. Of course there were other games between, but my first RPG I got to play was Final Fantasy 1 on the NES, and I love it to this day - yes, even with the "no-enemy-whiff" mechanic. My love for RPGs really bloomed with the PS1 era, though, and has just grown from there to all platforms past and present.
