Nintendo has released a “Quality of Life” trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD. The trailer highlights improvements made to the upcoming HD port to Nintendo Switch, including its remastered 1080p and 60fps visuals, optional help from Fi and hints that can be disabled at the player’s discretion, button-only controls as well as Joy-Con support, the ability to fast-forward through dialog, skippable cutscenes, and streamlined item information. The company also released a new “A Hero Rises” trailer, with both videos viewable below.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword takes place at the beginning of the Legend of Zelda continuity. As with other Legend of Zelda titles, players take control of Link and use sword, shield, and a variety of other items and weapons to embark on a quest to save the eponymous Zelda and the whole world. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword was originally released for Nintendo Wii in 2011 and was digitally re-released on Wii U in 2016. The game will launch on Nintendo Switch on July 16, 2021.
