Surprise! The Saving Throw gets some new blood!

And so it begins. . .

Sigh... November is almost over already. That seems to be the one constant: time just flies by. Like here I am, once again writing up another Saving Throw column!

Well, this time around, I have some help. The Saving Throw has picked up an assistant, wambatboy, and you'll be gradually seeing more of his work in these columns. In fact, he's in training to become the next curator. I've been Saving Throw curator for nearly a year now, and it's time for me to move on to new challenges here at RPGamer. I'll be disappearing behind the scenes, becoming a ghost in the machine fixing errors and helping to make things run more smoothly around here. It's been fun, but it's time to move on.

There's no set date for the changeover yet, so save the tearful farewells for now. I'll turn it over to grasshopper... er, wambatboy... when he's ready. I'll continue running the contest until we get at least one winner, and then it'll be his call whether to continue it or not.

With that surprise out of the way, it's time to move on to the meat of today's column.

Gaming Tip of the Week
"The problem with having a large bounty on your head is that there just might be someone out there good enough to collect it."

It's hard being a bounty hunter. It's even harder to capture all your bounties alive. Sometimes, a bounty hunter is just going to have a bad day.
