Bi-Monthly PoV Contest:

Official rules:

Each two month contest will have a theme. To enter, you must simply submit a review that qualifies in that theme. Some themes will be fairly restrictive while others will be fairly broad, so it's up to you to decide what qualifies, though don't go too far off course or your entry may be refused (though any reviews that are refused for the contest but still meet our guidelines can and will be posted in our weekly updates.) Only new reviews and retroviews will be accepted for entry into the contest (no re-reviews!)

At the end of each contest period a panel of judges will decide the best entry, the author of which will receive his choice of one of three prizes, usually also matching the theme of the contest. As I will be providing the prizes myself, and shipping can be expensive, this contest is only open to residents of Canada and the continental United States.

Also because I will be providing the prizes myself, prizes may or may not be preowned, depending on cost and availability. Preowned prizes will be tested before shipping.

This is a friendly contest and does not in any way constitute a written contract. Rules may be subject to change at any time, and if participation is lax, the contest may be cancelled with short or no notice, or at my discretion.

If you haven't written a review for us before, you can get started here.

Contest Date: November/December 2007
Contest End Date:December 31, 2007
