Capcom is providing fans another chance to get involved with the development of Mega Man Legends 3. Previously, fans were given a chance to vote on a design for a new female character in the game. The results of that vote were announced on October 29, and can be found through this link. However, Mega Man Legends 3's developers have wasted no time in giving fans another opportunity to affect the game, as they have already revealed a new fan contest.
This time around, the people at Capcom want fans to help them design a robotic boss enemy, which will serve the series' recurring antagonists, the Bonne family. Unlike the previous contest, where fans voted on designs created by a range of Capcom staff members, this contest asks fans to create their own designs, which will then be judged by the Mega Man Legends 3 developers. The winning design will be included as an actual boss in the game, and whoever created the design will be listed in the game's credits. More details on the contest, including the situation the boss will be encountered in, can be found here. Unfortunately, Capcom hasn't yet provided a place to submit designs for the contest, so anyone hoping to enter the contest should keep an eye on the Megaman Legends 3 Devroom blog on the Capcom-Unity site.
