Atlus has announced their decision to churn out the PlayStation2 RPG Growlanswer III on December 6th, just over four months after the July release of Growlanser II. This decision comes as something of a surprise, given the usual length of development of most games, but Atlus seems to be confident in their ability to pull it off. That said, North American gamers will likely never find out without benefit of importing, since none of the titles in the series have made it to North America.
Growlanser III follows events on the world of Kishironia, a thousand years before the events of the first game in the Growlanser series. The game is being developed by Carrier Software, and will retail for 6800 yen, which is approximately $56.00 US.
