Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation has confirmed rumours of a Disgaea 3 port to the PS Vita, tentatively titled Disgaea 3: Return. Like the two PSP remakes before it, the PS Vita version of Disgaea 3 will contain some additional content compared to the PS3 release.
Disgaea 3: Return will feature four additional scenarios taking place after the end of the main plotline, and the last of these will have two new characters in. As an added bonus, all DLC released for Disgaea 3 for the PS3 will be bundled in with the Vita version, which includes the four chapter Raspberyl scenario, and cameo characters from other Nippon Ichi titles.
In an interview with Dengeki, Nippon Ichi CEO Sohei Niikawa stated that game will be playable at this year's Tokyo Game Show. Nippon Ichi have not currently provided a concrete release date for Japan, and have not confirmed or denied the rumours that Disgaea 3: Return will be a PS Vita launch title.
