Atlus today confirmed their E3 2005 title list. Among them are two RPGs, Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2 which is scheduled to be released in Fall 2005 and Magna Carta: Tears of Blood which is scheduled for release in Winter 2005. Along with this announcement, solid details regarding the plot of Magna Carta were unveiled.
Calintz, the leader of an elite military unit, the Tears of Blood, is on a quest to get revenge on those that have destroyed his land. He happens upon a myseterious girl who could very well be the saving grace of the world as well as the key to ending the war that has caused both humans and efferians to live in an uneasy coexistance.
The world of Magna Carta is full of character designs by renowned Korean artist Hyung Tae Kim, with the story being experienced throughout 50+ hours of CGI-cutscenes and fully-voiced gameplay. Magna Carta: Tears of Blood was developed by Softmax and published in Japan on September 30, 2004 by Banpresto.
