SquareSoft's "Summer of Adventure" -- a promotion that features a new game every month this Summer -- begins today, with the release of the long-awaited Legend of Mana. The game is the fourth in Square's Seiken Densetsu series, which includes the classic titles Final Fantasy Adventure and Secret of Mana. Legend of Mana is an action-RPG that follows the story of one of two player-selected characters on a quest to restore the now barren world of Fa'Diel. The game will sport several interesting new features, including the "Land Creation System" and "Action Edit System."
Legend of Mana has been rated "T" (Teen) by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) and has a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $39.99.
