Having recently announced the Dreamcast title Sakura Taisen 4: Maidens Fall in Love, Overworks and Red Company have now provided some information on the title. After the series shifted its story to Paris for the third installment, the fourth game will be back in Japan, following the adventures of thirteen playable characters, which is underpinned with two hours of anime movie sequences interspersed throughout the game. The trust levels between characters will remain a factor in the game, and sticking with one character will be a more rewarding experience.
Sakura Taisen 4 is set for Japanese release on March 21, for 6800 yen, or $51.00 US. There is little chance of a North American release, but those seeking consolation can find some solace in viewing some screenshots.
